Exhibition Period: Wednesday 3 December 2025 to Wednesday 21 January 2026
This development also requires an amendment to the Environmental Protection Licence (EPL) from the NSW Environmental Protection Authority.

- Include a disclosure of any reportable political contribution or gift made in the previous two years.

Post Determination: A person who objected to this designated development by making a submission and who is dissatisfied with the determination of the consent authority to grant development consent, may appeal to the Land & Environment Court.
