Council meetings

Ordinary Meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of the month, or as otherwise determined by Council, and are conducted in accordance with the Code-of-Meeting-Practice-August-2025.pdf(PDF, 418KB)

The first Ordinary Meeting for 2026 will be held at 2:30pm on Wednesday 25 February 2026. The schedule of Ordinary Meetings for the remainder of 2026 is due to be adopted at this meeting and will be published after this date. This will list the dates and times of all Ordinary Meetings planned for 2026. From time to time, Extraordinary Meetings of Council may also be held.

All meetings are held at the Council Chambers located at 60 Station Street, Quirindi and are open to the public and members of the press.
