Liverpool Plains Shire Council is currently seeking expressions of interest for the purchase or lease of the Royal Theatre in Quirindi.

- Movie theatre,
- Multi-use space,
- Facility for live events.
In accordance with Council Resolution 2025/51 of March 2025, Council is currently proposing to sell or lease the property to interested parties that have the vision and resources to make the best possible use of the property to support social and economic opportunities for the community.

Formal responses to the EOI should be submitted via Tenderlink prior to the close date listed.
