Liverpool Plains Shire Council (LPSC) invites all interested parties to participate in a series of public meetings and information sessions about how housing growth and affordability in our region are being addressed in our Draft Growth Management and Housing Strategy.
The Liverpool Plains Growth Management and Housing Strategy is a 20-year strategic document which intends to guide the growth and housing within the Liverpool Plains Shire.
This Strategy has been on exhibition for public comment since 29 November 2023 and provides a blueprint for growth housing development in our region.
Community consultation will take place in February 2024 at the following locations and times:

LPSC’s Draft Growth Management and Housing Strategy is available for public inspection and comment until Friday 1 March 2024.
Council invites all interested parties to view the Draft strategy either online here or in person at the Liverpool Plains Shire Council Administration Building at 60 Station St, Quirindi and at the Quirindi and Werris Creek libraries.
Council is also inviting public feedback on the strategy via an online survey, which is available on the LPSC website www.liverpoolplains.nsw.gov.au and at https://forms.gle/rushVdu8DC4yGq4H7.
