Quirindi Rural Heritage Village is set on seven hectares near the township of Quirindi on the Liverpool Plains. Located at 15 Borambil Road – the intersection of Borambil Road and the Kamilaroi Highway on what was originally the site of an old gravel quarry and is now a small lake graced by water birds and bush land and an 800 metre miniature rail track.

The museum layout comprises the main pavilion, office and coffee shop together with other buildings that include a tractor and farm implement display shed, a machinery shed housing items being preserved or awaiting restoration, two rooms of model train displays, a blacksmith shop, maids quarters housing leatherwork items for display and sale and a Church.

The museum is approved as a charity and all donations and funds raised go towards developing the Village.
