In accordance with Section 418(3) of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW), Liverpool Plains Shire Council advises that the Ordinary Council Meeting held on 24 April 2024 included the presentation of the audited Financial Statements and the Auditor’s Reports for the year ending 30 June 2023.

In accordance with Section 420 of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW), any person may make a submission in writing to Council with respect to the Council’s Audited Financial Statements or the Auditor’s Reports. Submissions, clearly headed
'2022-23 Financial Reports' can be emailed to council@liverpoolplains.nsw.gov.au or sent to the General Manager, Liverpool Plains Shire Council, 60 Station Street, and are to be received no later than 5.00pm 1/5/2024.
